Job responsibilities:
1. Lead new PFS investment operation process centralization projects such as TRUST, Unit Trust, Mutual Funds and etc.
2.To plan, organize, control and oversee the activities of Investment Operation Team to provide professional back-office services to Customer.
3. Oversee the development of new Investment systems and products
4. Responsible for setting internal control measures and monitoring the daily operation process and ensure their compliance with internal and external guidelines, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
4. Conduct regular performance review with team members, provide consultancy to subordinate and help them to develop their own career development plan.
5. Implement effective management tools / methodology to keep close monitoring of resource utilization and daily operation quality.
6. Handle Ad hoc projects/tasks assigned by line manager/department head.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in a relative discipline or holder of relevant professional qualifications
2. Related operation team management experience is required
3. Minimum 8-year banking operation working experience, especially in investment product settlement and reconciliation is preferred
4. Familiar with Local regulatory requirement of the business
5. Solid experience in operation related projects, i.e. process streamline project is preferred
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work under pressure
