We provide different training programmes to meet different needs and we help each staff to build up the personal strengths through Staff Learning & Development Plan:
Orientation 基礎培訓- Every staff who join Standard Chartered Bank in China will have a 2-3 day comprehensive orientation to get a feel about the Bank and its businesses. Also, it is a good chance to meet with seniors & colleagues and to build up the team spirit.
Product Training產品培訓-We provide product training e.g. credit card product training, personal load training, etc. to help the staff related to learn more about the products that the Bank is providing.
Skill Training 技巧訓練- We provide a lot of skill related training e.g. credit workshop, sales and negotiation skills, etc. to help staff enhance their skill in particular aspects.
Role-play Training 模擬訓練- We provide a lot of role play training and attachment to increase staff's exposure.
Self-learning 自學課程- We send out learning package to staff for them to study on product knowledge, compliance knowledge, etc. and staff will have e-learning assessment on-line.
