Recruitment activity commences almost a year ahead of the programme start date when our graduates join the Bank. Graduate programme positions are offered in the following business lines and resource functions: Investment Banking, Global Finance, Global Markets, Accounting & Finance, IT and Operations.

The minimum requirements you must meet to be considered for a graduate opportunity are:
- Be in the final year of your degree or have graduated from a university, business or engineering school
- Have an excellent academic record

- Possess strong numeracy skills and the technical and soft skills specified in the job specification you apply for
- Having experience within the banking industry is an advantage, but is not a requirement

Online test
Successful candidates will be invited to take an online numerical test.
Phone Interview
Candidates who pass the test will be invited to a telephone interview. This will give us an opportunity to find out more about your experience, motivation and relevant skills.
Assessment Centre
Candidates selected after the telephone interview will be invited to attend the Assessment Event in either Europe (Paris and London) or Asia (Hong-Kong) from November 2011.
Finally
Shortly after the Assessment Centre, successful candidates will be offered a position in the Global Graduate Programme, starting in Summer 2012.
