Divisional summary:
The Investment Banking Division provides expertise across products, industries and regions, a multifaceted approach that differentiates us in the marketplace. The structure of the Investment Banking Division, which is comprised of our Investment Banking and Financing Group areas, allows us to offer the broadest range of products and advisory services we can provide to our clients, further enabling us to deliver best in class solutions. The products of the Investment Banking Division fit into the group’s two key components: Financial Advisory and Underwriting. Financial Advisory includes advisory assignments with respect to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate defense activities, restructurings and spin-offs. Underwriting includes public offerings and private placements of equity and debt instruments.
Requirements:
Recent graduate or student currently undergoing tertiary education
Strong analytical skills with logical thinking
High degree of literacy in Excel
Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills; team player
Strong multi-tasking ability
Entrepreneurial spirit
Outstanding academic achievement
Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
