Job Description
• Support RM/PM/ARM in their direct and indirect sales efforts and contr
ibute towards achieving sales target of the team
• Provide pre and post sales services and support to SME customers in a
bid to boost their utilization of our products, services and credit facilities
• Identify and maximize cross selling and upselling opportunities throug
h referral to RMs (internal) or other product channels (external)
• Compliance and CDD follow up for account maintenance
• Tracking and completion of monthly reports
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle general incoming enquiries from internal and external customers
• Facilitate account opening and fulfilment of required documentation
• Assist the obtaining of company search/ credit checking/ valuation rep
orts for new customers/ prospect
• Compile regular and ad-hoc reports for Sales and Services Team
• Prepare simple correspondences
• Provide administrative support
• Assist in delivering sales initiatives jointly with RMs
• To comply with all compliance requirements with high alertness to MLP
procedures and take the lead at all times to be alert to unusual or possibly s
uspicious customer activity.
