Scope of Role:
· To achieve the allocated sales target, and to achieve an agreed level of productivity, via Outserve & Outsell of MD-SME products/services.
· To plan and conduct sales activities such as cold calling and cold visiting to source for potential customers on a daily basis.
· To identify and develop sales channels / networks effectively.
· To manage and strengthen existing customer relationship, if applicable.
· To prepare and submit application documents, sales reports and other related documents on a timely basis and adhere to sales procedures.
· To attend and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, sales/marketing events, seminars and other business related functions, when required.
· To gain product and process related knowledge aggressively, be able to understand basic financial statements, be able to bear pressure and solve unexpected problems.
· To comply with Money Laundering Prevention (MLP) Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity, and should report any suspicious activity to the respective Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager as well as directly to the Country MLPO in urgent or exceptional circumstances.
· To manage and conduct sales activities and ensure all are complying with group and local guidelines/regulation such as MLP and CRM, and to ensure all can pass the audit requirements.

· 積極學習并了解產品和工作的相關知識,能夠看懂基本財務報表,能夠承受壓力并解決突發事件;
· 遵守所有相關的反洗錢程序,對于所有可疑事件,及時向部門反洗錢主管和直線經理匯報;
· 管理和引導銷售活動并且確保符合公司和地方的各項規章制度并符合審查要求;
Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
· Achieve the allocated sales target on a regular basis.
· Plan and conduct sales calls and sales visits on a daily basis.
· Establish strong sales channels/networks.
· Participate in sales and marketing activities, product promotion campaigns and other related events.
· Coordinate with other departments such as Credit and Operation to ensure high qualities of submitted cases.
· Develop opportunities to cross sell other SCB products.
· Handle customers with care and resolve any potential conflicts effectively.
· Strictly monitor own sales activities and comply with all the group and local guidelines/regulation such as MLP and CRM, so as to control the risk for the bank and pass all the audit requirements.
· Attend sales training and coaching sessions.
· Attend on-going self-refresher training on MLP and CRM.
· Report all suspicious and dishonest behaviors which might impact our bank’s business to supervisors or concerned parties.
· Responsible for any other duties assigned by the bank or the supervisors

· 負責銀行或部門主管指定的其他事務;
Selection Criteria:
· College degree and above
· Know very well about the local culture and SME status
· Optimistic, willing to work under high pressure and can face to frustration and failure
· Quick learner, good customer communication skills and easy going person
· Presentable person with good manners.
