Position:Service Ambassador
Key Responsibilities:
1、Handle customer inquires; To proactively identify customer needs and refer
to relevant staff to complete the service; Ensure timeliness of managing custo
mer's complaint; Maintain smooth interaction and relay customers' feedback on
service standard to bank's customer service team.
2、Learn and understand all relevant regulations and internal Risk & Complianc
e policies and procedures; Prepare accurate and regular transaction and achiev
ement statistics; Comply with internal policies and external regulations and e
nsure all internal and external report to be submitted on time.
3、Maintain smooth interaction with relevant parties to achieve efficient admi
nistrative support for branch daily routine and activities; Participate active
ly in training programs, meetings, briefings organized by the bank and ensure
skills & knowledge acquired is applied to daily work.
Requirement:
Undergraduate student majoring in Finance, Economics etc.
Excellent organizing and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English
Familiar with MS office software
