RESPONSIBILITIES
Using lists of qualified prospects provided, start the sales p
rocess by calling such prospects to obtain further information and make appoin
tments for Business Development managers
Initiate tele-sale calls to existing customers to increase ban
k product usage, cross-sell targeted products, or make an appointment for the
Account Manager
Receive walk-in customers and field phone inquiries by sales o
fficers
Serve as the customer contact point for the Sales Team
Assist in customer related transactions, documentations, and c
oordination
Provide sales support work to enhance sales team productivity
KEY REQUIREMENTS
University graduate or better with 1-2 years' working experien
ce in banking, trading, or sales office which can demonstrate the effectivenes
s in a supporting role
Strong marketing skills and able to build good rapport with cu
stomers
Fluent spoken & written English
Energetic and be able to work under pressure
Great people skills with good communication and well-organized
Smart thinking and fast to deliver a satisfactory result
Organized ability, good interpersonal skills, and basic knowle
dge about banking transactions or the ability to pick up such knowledge in a s
hort period of time
Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwo
rk
