We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Teller. In this role, you will: l To ensure that adequate cash is maintained in the office at all times within the office’s cash holding limit; l To deliver cash floats to tellers against their signed cash receipts and acknowledge excess cash returned by tellers by countersigning the cash receipts after counting; l To counter-ensure the accurate payments of notes to/from customers if it is exceeding teller limit; l To record amount of cash delivered to/returned by tellers for day-end balancing of the cash position in the vault at branch level; l To handle cash shipment booking with Local Bank; l To handle customer’s cash booking. l To ensure all transactions over counter are compliant with both regulations and internal requirement l To ensure counter operation team to deliver high quality customer service To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: l Bachelor degree or above(recognized by the state); l At least 3 years’ counter service experiences, with supervisory experience preferred; l Good understanding of local rules and regulations and internal guidelines; l Strong sense of responsibility; l Good communication skills; l Be able to work under pressure.
