Credit Operations Assistant
職位描述:
Job Duties:
-To handle corporate and HML accounts for all credit related transactions and maintenance;
-To update PBOC Credit Information System on movement of all advances including guarantee, SDC and security etc;
-To prepare periodical returns to FIN, CNQ Credit OPS and local authorities before deadline and assist in preparing data statistics and information as requested by local authorities and CNQ from time to time;
-To dispatch monthly or periodical security confirmation and various kinds of reminders to RMs;
-To handle customer and RM team’s enquires;
-To conduct various clean up projects and act as backup of other colleagues during their absence.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree(recoginazed by the state), preferably in Finance or related fields
-1-3 years working experience
-Good interpersonal & communication skills
-Good computer skills, proficient in both spoken and written English
-Committed, self-motivated and can work under pressure
