工作地點在陸家嘴匯豐銀行大樓(上海總部),工作環境很好,團隊的人很親切,平時工
作比較輕松。要求研究生,每周實習天數至少要保證3天,最好4-5天,能持續3-6個月及盡
快上崗者優先。
【Job Duties】
- This position will be hired to support Client Service team of HSBC Global Pa
yments and Cash Management Department ;
- The position holder will be work under supervision of Head of Client Service
and Client Service Manager ;
- Main job duties include but not limited to :
1) To copy, scan, mailing & filing Bank Payment and Cash Management client sta
tement and internal document ;
2) Conduct important statement and document delivery and sending between and c
ross bank internal department, such as general banking operations, payment cen
ter etc, from or to PCM department ;
3) Translate files between English and Chinese ;
4) Consolidate business data, sheet and returns upon request ;
5) Modification of files and presentation slides as necessarily required
- To process any other assignment required by supervisor or upon specific requ
est of the team ;
- On-job training and necessary coaching will be provided ;
【Requirements】
- Mainland China citizen, holder of PRC ID Card
- Major in Finance, Accounting or Business related
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Quick learner, patient, detail-oriented, be able to prioritize assignments
- Can work under limited time-line and under pressure
【Allowance and Reward】
- The intern will be entitled daily service allowance, RMB 60 /day payable on
monthly basis
