職位:行長秘書
工作地點:廣州
工作職責:
負責文秘工作包括但不限于起草報告、協調會議、撰寫會議紀要、文件存檔和行長行程管理等;
獨立完成行長委派的其他任務。
任職要求:
大學本科或研究生學歷,專業不限;
有秘書/助理等實習經驗優先;
具備獨立工作能力、積極主動、責任心強;
良好的溝通及協調能力與人際關系處理能力;
英語口語和書面表達流利,標準的普通話與廣州話;
具有團隊協作精神;
熟練操作微軟辦公室軟件(Word, Excel,Power Point)。
Secretary to Branch Manager
(Indicative Grade: Band 7-8; Location: Guangzhou)
Job Duties:
To perform general secretarial duties and assist Branch Manager in organizing daily work.
To handle other administrative work assigned by Branch Manager.
Job Requirements:
University graduate, experiences in secretarial or support role is preferred;
Fluency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
Mature, independent, initiative, responsible and flexible;
Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Strong interpersonal skills.
