Customer Service Assistant(針對2010年畢業生)職位描述： 
  Job Duties:

-To receive instructions and supporting documents from customers approaching corporate counter or courier services.
-To verify signature, check completeness of instruction form, and conduct preliminary verification of supporting documents if applicable and make proper register should be made of the received instructions and documents;
-To process requests handled by counter directly according to internal procedures and guidelines, such as DJPZ/cheque issuance, reference letter issuance and etc;
-To handle customer enquires over the counter or received via telephone;
-To act as coordinator for department fax and NCC enquiry related to operations when in turn.

Job Requirements:

-Good communication and interpersonal skills;
-1-3 years working experience in banking industry;
-Good command of local regulations and remittance knowledge;
-Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin;
-Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.
