在這里潛水有一段時間了, 今天剛phone in完UBS, 第一輪就是兩個separate的phone interviews, (為了公平起見, 需要兩個interviewers一起evaluate同一個candidate) 一個在早上, 一個在下午, 分別由Hong Kong Operations的人打來, 各持續了1個小時左右, 下面貢獻一點面經, 也謝謝大家之前的sharing:)
Questions from the first Interviewer:
Tell me about yourself
Why UBS?
Why Operations?
Understanding of operations?
Your strength and weakness
Did you face any challenging situation? How did you handle that situation?
Questions on teamwork (your role in the team? Any challenges in teamwork?)
Questions on Operations (what do you think are the challenges faced by Operations now, and what can Operations do to improve the bank’s performance?)
Questions on work experience
Questions from the second interviewer:

How are you going to convince me that you are a suitable person to this position?
Why Finance major?
How do other people describe you?
Did you face a demanding situation? How did you handle it?
Tell me your favorite teamwork
How to handle so many tasks in project?
How to come up with a plan to develop your project? On your own or by team?

How to assign tasks to others if you are the team leader?
Any positive sides that you can see for financial industries in the current financial turmoil?

很巧的是, 我的第二個interviewer是我在recruitment talk and operation awareness event 上見過的, 所以interview進行一半的時候, 發現大家原來見過, 哈~還蠻有緣的哈~他在teamwork上面問了很detail的東西, 雖然有些沒準備到, 但是也只能瞎掰了~
據兩位interviewers說, 下一輪就是super day, shortlist會在11月底公布~~
