很weird,1月底就過了on-line所有的test,昨天才約電面,今天下午4點半上海打來的電話.

其實沒準備什么,面試之前還睡了一覺,差點過頭.沒self-introduction,沒寒暄,直接開始念instruction.汗!

其實問題無外乎論壇上的那些問題,都差不多,看你自己怎么回答了.盡量簡單點吧,我個人覺得電話面試,沒必要把所有問題都說清楚,有邏輯,straightforward就OK了.記得有一個問題我回答的很SB,HR狂笑.她問我:"how can you win the trust from your manager?"I said:"easy,show her/him the result! that's it."

其實大概有10幾個問題,都move的很快,有幾個問題我想考慮一下,故意讓她repeat了一下問題.最后她讓我問一個問題,我就說:'I am sure you are very exhusted after listening to me bla bla bla for such a long time,so I just want to ask you when will I get back my next response?"

她就說:"I think you did quite well in the interview,I will send you to the final list,but you need to wait for another couple of weeks."狂汗.她還問我為什么到現在還在找工作.挺nonsense的一個問題,我都不知道自己bla了一堆什么.

剩下的事情就不知道了,聽天由命吧.
