崗位一:H.O Reporting
1、Purpose of the role:
?Prepare various management reports according to the requirements stipulated by H.O. (IUC, CAT1, CAT2, CAT3, HGB, BASTA etc.). H.O reports will include financials as well as business data;
?The preparer will need to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the H.O. reports;
?Timely submission according to deadlines is a must;
2、Key Relationships / Interactions:
?Within Production Team : Regulatory Reporting, HO Reporting, Tax Production
?Within China Finance Team: Location FDMs
?With regional business area controlling(BAC)
3、Role Responsibilities:
?Responsible for HO or Branch regulatory reporting, including timeliness, completeness and accuracy of the reports
oMonth-end financial & management adjustment
oIntern Unit Reconciliation
oCAT Financial report & disclosure
oHGB/BASTA Financial disclosure
oMAFA Reconciliation
?Responsible for streamline the process of HO reporting and improve the efficiency of the report
?Support project work and UAT when required, eg. Report automation project; and
?Support other production and control work when required.
崗位二、Regulatory Reporting
1、Purpose of the role:
?Prepare regulatory reports according to the requirements stipulated by the regulators (CBRC, PBOC, SAFE, NBS, Tax Bureau etc). Regulatory reports will include financials as well as business data;
?The preparer will need to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the regulatory reports;
?Timely submission according to regulatory deadlines is a must; and
?Support Compliance Ratios reporting.

?Within Production Team : Regulatory Reporting, HO Reporting, Tax Production
?Within China Finance Team: Location FDMs
3、Role Responsibilities:

oCBRC 1104 reports;
oCBRC location specific reports, eg. Shanghai Q-Reports etc; and
oMonth-end financial adjustments;
?Support Compliance Ratios reporting
