Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
• Coordinate with various departments of the Bank to ensure the customers’ satisfaction at a justified cost.
• To maintain the client relationship by providing efficient support to account managers/officers work, answer customers’ daily enquiry in responsive and customer-oriented manner.
• Prepare management reports as directed by Team Leader, ensure quality and accuracy of reports prepared for management.
• Provide daily support to the team.
Selection Criteria:
• University degree major in business/finance /Accounting and other relevant majors;
• Good customer and service oriented, willing to work under pressure;
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
• Good English & PC skills;
• Full time working is must.
