Job Description: Job Title: Remote Banking Ambassador (RBA)
Department: GTO Remote Banking Team
Location: Branch/sub-branch in Shanghai
Terms: Internship (3 months)

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
1.Sound knowledge/features of electronic banking including online banking and mobile payments
2.Skilled use of electronic banking service’s application process and operations
3.Promote and educate customers/staff about electronic banking in branch and assist customer application
4.Assist project testing
1.熟練掌握電子銀行服務的產品特色及功能
2.熟練運用電子銀行服務的申請及操作流程
3.在上海分支行宣傳推廣移動銀行服務并協助客戶申請工作
4.參與相關項目測試工作

Selection Criteria:
1.Current in under/post-graduate studying
2.Outgoing, practical, studious, good communication skills and sales spirit, fluent oral English is preferred
3.Willing to work in branches
4.4-5 days/week and at least 3 months
5.Professional training before on-boarding
