Role & Responsibility

Product/Procedure/Report related

1. Maintain and process the product reports and post-launch reports according to product launch timelines

2. Develop and update internal procedures/templates according to business practice, regulatory requirements, etc

3. Maintain regular reports and develop memo requested by other divisions or UOB HO

4. Process corporate customer NAFMII together with legal and branches

Business Finance related

1. Monthly finance report of business performance, such as HOD report

2. Assist to quarterly forecast and yearly budget

Other related

1. Go through and follow up regular BP-ORSA, GCESA and BIA plan under coordination of Operational Risk Management

2. Cooperation with IA for treasury audit and coordinate the improvement of business operation

Requirements

1. Master degree in Finance related, accounting related knowledge is a plus

2. Comprehensive understanding and knowledge on finance & derivatives

3. Proficient on Microsoft offices, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

4. Related professional certificates are preferred, e.g. CFA, CPA

5. Dynamic communication skills and good adaptive ability

6. Energetic towards work under high pressure and teamwork spirits
