　　工作職責：

　　This position is responsible, under direction, for development of the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts. Develops knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinates the firm’s effort to serve client organizations, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

　　該崗位主要工作為在指導下發展與指定機構客戶的業務關系。了解客戶需求，協調公司資源為客戶服務, 具體包括但不限于如下職責:

　　1. Maintaining and building the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts;

　　維護和建立與指定機構客戶的業務關系；

　　2. Working closely with client’s investment and research personnel;

　　與投資者和研究員緊密合作；

　　3. Presenting research services and advising clients on investment opportunities;

　　提供研究服務并向客戶提供投資建議；

　　4. Providing full account coverage service for small accounts, including trading and execution services.

　　為小型客戶提供全面服務，包括交易及執行服務。

　　任職資格：

　　1. 2021 Bachelor, Master and PhD graduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities;

　　來自國內外知名高校的2021年應屆畢業生，具有本科及以上學歷；

　　2. Economics or Finance majors preferred;

　　金融、經濟相關專業優先考慮；

　　3. Good understanding of sales and trading business;

　　熟悉銷售交易業務；

　　4. Sound knowledge of domestic or international capital markets and the firm's products and services;

　　對于國內外資本市場有扎實的理解，掌握公司可提供的產品和服務；

　　5. Excellent academic credentials and achievement;

　　學術成果優異；

　　6. Strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment and good communication;

　　具有強烈的團隊合作精神和良好的溝通能力；

　　7. Strong passion for financial market and sales job.

　　對資本市場及銷售工作有強烈的意愿。
