工作職責:
This position is responsible for handling various middle-office work for Equities Department ,
providing daily management and operations support for manager and business personnel,
including but not limited to the following responsibilities:
負責處理本部門的各項中臺業務,為部門管理層和業務人員提供日常管理和運營支持,具體包括但不限于以下職責:
1. Providing daily operations support for the department, including transactions, account onboarding,
compliance and other matters;
為本部門提供日常運營支持,包括交易、開戶、合規等事項;
2. Data sorting after the launch of the ECRM system and daily processing and optimization of functional modules;
ECRM系統上線后數據梳理和整理工作以及功能模塊日常處理和優化;
3. Assisting in information and data processing work, including sorting out
and analyzing the business development in the industry and secondary market;
協助整理分析行業及二級市場各業務線發展情況等信息與數據處理工作;
4. Assisting in drafting or modifying the department’s operation procedure;
協助撰寫或完善部門流程制度;
5. Assisting in sorting out regulatory policy and requirements at all levels;
協助梳理各級監管法規政策要求;
6. Assisting in the management of the business accounts;
協助管理部門臺賬;
7. Assisting in the research and analysis of new business and new products, including write reports,
collect information and other supportive work.
協助新業務、新產品的研究分析、撰寫報告及信息搜集等支持工作。
任職資格:
1. 2021 Bachelor, Master and PhD graduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities;
來自國內外知名高校的2021年應屆畢業生,具有本科及以上學歷;
2. Finance, Accounting or Financial information management majors preferred;
金融、會計或財務信息管理專業優先;考慮;
3. Good understanding of sales and trading business;
熟悉銷售交易業務;
4. Possessing knowledge of securities operation and client management;
具備證券經營和客戶服務知識;
5. Service-oriented mentality and passionate for client service;
服務意識強,對客戶服務充滿熱情;
6. Strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment.
具有強烈的團隊合作精神。
