職位描述：
Compliance Officer 合規主任
Responsibilities:
-Ensure the Bank’s activities are in compliance with laws and regulations in China and Head Office’s guidelines and policies;
-Coordinate briefing or consultation on the laws and regulations mainly from CBRC, PBOC and SAFE;
- Implement compliance training on the local and home country regulations;
- Coordinate and assist in the external audits by CBRC/PBOC/SAFE and internal audits by Head Office;
-Timely submission of regular compliance reports to the local Authorities and Head Office;

Requirements:
-University graduate preferably in Banking, Law, Finance or related disciplines. Preference will be given to qualified PRC lawyers.
-Minimum 5 years relevant working experience includes 3 years in financial institution. Experience in implementing internal controls system is preferable.
-Strong and detailed knowledge of PRC banking laws, regulations, financial products and services
-Self-motivated, independent, pleasant personality with good communication skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
-Good command of written and spoken English
