  Graduate Talent Programme
  OCBC Wing Hang Bank (China) Limited [hereinafter referred to as OCBC Wing Hang China] is a wholly-owned subsidiary of OCBC Bank, the second largest financial services group in Southeast Asia, and its direct shareholder is OCBC Wing Hang Bank Limited headquartered in Hong Kong SAR.

  Opportunities We Offer
  Corporate Banking
  OCBC Wing Hang Bank (China) Limited leverages on OCBC Bank’s international business network to offer a comprehensive suite of Corporate Banking products and services including loans, deposits, trade finance, cash management, international settlements, investment products, cross-broader RMB settlements, supply chain financing, and Internet banking services. It supports foreign and local corporate customers including financial institutions, offshore customers and OCBC Bank’s network customers.
  As a Graduate Talent in Corporate  Banking, you will be trained professionally to deliver solutions-oriented and prompt after-sales service for corporate customers, and thereafter be rotated to other departments within OCBC Wing Hang Bank (China), to understand the product, credit risk, operation and system that supports the running of Corporate  Banking.
  Consumer Financial Services
  With the full RMB business license, OCBC Wing Hang (China) Consumer Financial Services provides individuals and SME customers with a full range of retail products and services through its branch network in Shanghai and Pearl River Delta (“PRD”), including account services, wealth management, loans, debit card, E-banking services, etc. We aim at providing comprehensive and professional financial services for customers and helping them realize preservation and appreciation of their wealth. We are further enhancing our wealth management capabilities to provide private banking services in China since 2022.
  As a Graduate Talent, you will be equipped with technical skills and business knowledge, we will also help you become competent in critical skills like customer service, analytics, and process improvement while learning to work collaboratively and becoming more comfortable around senior management. To accelerate your learning and development, you will participate in departmental and cross-departmental projects so that you will have exposure of how retail banking and the Bank operate.
  Global Treasury
  Treasury manage risks in liquidity, foreign exchange and interest rates of the bank under centralized mode, engage in foreign exchange activities, money market operations, fixed income and derivatives trading, and also offer structured treasury products and financial solutions to meet customers’ investment and hedging needs in managing risks in foreign exchange, interest rates, equities and credit. The team focus on customers’ needs and offer good services to customers via flexible use of financial market instruments and technologies and efficient execution capability.
  As a Graduate Talent, you will be given opportunities to learn various treasury products and understand both local and overseas customers’ needs. You will be trained professionally, and rotated to other departments in the bank to get to know how supporting functions support the running of treasury businesses.
  Operations & Technology
  Seen as the key competitive differentiator, O&T provides IT, Processing, Risk Prevention, Cyber Security and Shared Service support across the bank's business lines and function lines such as consumer and corporate banking, financial institutions, treasury, risk management, finance and human resources.
  Considered to be the core engine of the Bank, O&T supports the growth expansion strategies within OCBC Group. It runs the bank’s processing centers and technology operations; drives a dynamic quality and innovation culture for continuous process improvement and service excellence.   Risk Management
  Risk Management oversees the management of credit, market and operational risks for the Bank. We adopt the best in-class risk management practices to establish a sound risk control framework in order to protect the Bank against losses that could arise from taking risks beyond its risk appetite while enabling the Bank to maximise its risk-adjusted return on capital.
  On a day-to-day basis, Risk Management has functional responsibility for providing independent risk control and managing credit, market, operational, liquidity and other key risks. Within the department, risk officers are dedicated to establishing OCBC Group-wide policies, risk measurement and methodology, as well as monitoring the Bank’s risk profiles and portfolio concentrations.
  Risk functions extend across the OCBC Group, with excellent work opportunities across geography such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong SAR and Private Banking through the Bank of Singapore. It also extends to OCBC Group members such as Great Eastern Insurance, OCBC Securities and OCBC NISP.
