-大學本科及以上學歷,金融、財會、經濟貿易、法律,外語相關專業者,有銷售相關經驗者優先;
-具有優秀的人際交往和溝通能力,有良好的客戶服務意識;

Department: Retail Banking and Wealth Management零售銀行及財富管理部
1. Teller (銀行柜員)(工作地點:廣州及廣東省其他地區)
Job Duties:
-To perform accurate and efficient counter transactions and to offer a high standard of courteous and professional service to customers.
-To establish and keep good relationship with valuable customers by providing one-stop counter services.
-To have a strong sales sense and skills to cross-sell and proactively refer potential customers to Personal Relationship Officer/Personal Relationship Manager to support sales and promotion strategies. To be able to introduce independently promoted products to valuable customers.
- Familiar with local rules and regulation and internal guidelines and always keep alert for any suspicious Money Laundry activity and do report to superior.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Solid knowledge on PFS operations and products
- Good understanding of local rules and regulations and internal guideline
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good written and spoken English
- Good sales sense and personality
2. Premier Relationship Assistant (卓越理財客戶主任)(
工作地點:廣州)
Job Duties:
-To handle all inferior HSBC Premier (HP) accounts and zero-balance HP accounts follow up work.
-To chase deposit from all Home Mortgage Loan (HML) customers with monthly average balance below the threshold for HML preferential interest rate.
-To answer all incoming HP phone calls if Personal Relationship Officer (PRO) is occupied and to be responsible for all messages HP customer leave in PRO's voice mail.
-To make sure HP gift redemption mechanics works smoothly
-To proactively identity sales opportunities, cross-sell bank products and services most beneficial to customers, and individually completes sales process if all PROs are occupied.
-To back up PRO who is on leave or during lunchtime.
Job Requirements:-
Bachelor degree holder with at least 1-2 years customer service experience, ideally in financial industry
-Good communication and selling skills
-Good understanding of Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) products / services
-Good spoken & written English
-Well organized
-Nice personality and presentable appearance
3. Customer Service Officer (運籌理財客戶經理)
(工作地點:廣州及廣東省其他地區)
Job Duties:
- To identify potential high value customers with large deposits for referral to Personal Relationship Officer (PRO).
- To deliver high standard of professional service to ensure customer satisfaction, establish good relationship with existing and walk-in customers, evaluate customers' needs & cross-sell appropriate products.
- To maintain service enhancement in ensuring the professional environment of the bank hall and handling difficult situations to customers' satisfaction.
- To complete the data entry and the processing of documents on new business intakes received during branch opening hours.
- To answer customers'enquiries and introduce relevant local rules and regulations.
- To collect market intelligence & report customer feedback, usage, receptiveness, etc.
Job Requirements:
- BA degree or above. At least 1 year experience in banking sales is preferred.
- Accountability and reliability with good communication skills
- Good understanding of Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) products and service
- Good sense of customer service as well as responsibility
- Be familiar with the Bank's various products and services
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English as well as Chinese
4. Customer Development Officer / Representative, GZH (客戶主任)
